Cancellation Policy

By booking this service, you agree to the terms below: Payment & Booking Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. This offer is limited and non-refundable once purchased. Questionnaire Submission Your project officially begins once your questionnaire is submitted. If the questionnaire is not submitted within 7 days, your project start date may be delayed. Communication All project communication will be handled through email. You will receive updates during each stage of the design process, including a mockup for approval before launch. Turnaround Time The sales page will be completed within 30 days of receiving your full questionnaire. Delays in communication or missing information may extend your timeline. Revisions This package includes one (1) round of refinements. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope can be added at an additional cost. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate business details, brand materials, and clear feedback within the requested timeframe. Any missing materials may delay the project. Domain & Website Access A purchased domain and access to your website platform (Wix, Shopify, Hostinger, or other) must be provided prior to the design phase. Project Pause If communication stops for 14 days or more, the project will be paused. A restart fee may apply if the project remains inactive. Refunds Due to the custom nature of this service, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Future Support Additional edits or support after the project is complete can be booked as a separate service.
