These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and any purchase from VíER Consulting LLC, doing business as VíER Branding ("VíER," "we," "us"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Website design services

Custom website design projects are governed by a separate proposal and client agreement, which you'll receive and sign before work begins. Package prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your final price, scope, timeline, deposit, and payment schedule are set in your proposal. If anything in your client agreement differs from these terms, the client agreement applies.

The Cove Shop: digital products

Digital products, such as the SEO Tune-Up, are delivered by instant download after purchase. Because they are digital, all sales are final. If a file is broken or missing, email us and we'll make it right. Digital products are for your own business use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.

The SEO Deep Dive

The SEO Deep Dive is a one-time, done-for-you service completed within about one week of receiving your website access and intake information. Because work begins as soon as you purchase, the Deep Dive is non-refundable. If the audit shows your site needs a full rebuild, the amount you paid for the Deep Dive may be credited toward a VíER website design package.

Website access

For services that require access to your website or accounts, you agree to provide it, and you confirm you have the right to grant it. We'll only use your access to complete the work you purchased.

No guaranteed rankings or results

We follow SEO best practices, but search engines and AI tools control their own rankings. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. Results, testimonials, and case studies shared on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of the same results.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, designs, logos, and products, belongs to VíER Branding and may not be copied or used without written permission. Ownership of client website files is transferred to the client as outlined in their client agreement, after final payment. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VíER Branding is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our products, or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.

Third-party tools and links

Our website and services may use or link to third-party platforms, such as website builders, payment processors, and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.
